Delete Your SyriaStay Account

You can initiate account deletion inside the app through: Account → Settings → Delete Account. You may also submit a request from the email address linked to your account.

Send the request from the email linked to your account and state that you want your SyriaStay account deleted. We may request reasonable identity verification before processing.

What happens after deletion?

• The user account and associated personal data are deleted where possible.
• Limited booking records may be retained where required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
• Deleting the app from your device does not delete the account.
